Concord carnival

This year's carnival will be cartoon themed and will feature some favourites from the past and present.
Some of the costumes featured include: Aladdin’s cave, the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, a giant chessboard and lots more from wonderland and beyond.
There will also be market stalls, live entertainment and much, much more.
