Visit the capital, Brisbane, who's population is 1.8m of the 3.6 living in Queensland. Once sarcastically nicknamed Bris-Vegas, because nothing much happened, Brisbane has grown into its name over the past decade and a half and is one of Australia's most liveable cities.
